1. What would you estimate your ROI to be at this stage?
We’ve reached #1 in AI visibility in our category, above competitors that have been around much longer than we have, and we’ve seen inbound traffic, trials, and sign-ups grow over 400% over the past 8 months.
We’re fully committed and bought in to optimizing and improving our AI visibility and see it as a key pillar of our online brand equity.
2. What was the challenge you faced that brought you to OutreachBloom?
Organic search traffic from Google has always been our largest driver of inbound traffic, leads, and new customers. For the past few years, as AI has changed the Google organic landscape, we’ve seen our traffic steadily fall, with the rise of AI Overviews and ChatGPT/LLM search.
We knew we needed to position ourselves at the top of our category in AI visibility before our competition could.

We knew the long-heralded SEO basics, including content strategy, but we didn’t know what we didn’t know, if that makes sense.
